11th Annual Annapolis Wrestling Golf Outing
Dearborn Heights, MI - 21/9/2010 - Behind every good sports program, there are hundreds of people behind the scenes supporting it. The Annapolis Cougar wrestling team in Dearborn Heights is no different. Supportors of the blue and gold will make themselves known this weekend for the annual wrestling golf tournament.
The 11th annual Cougar Golf Outing will be held at Fellows Creek Golf Course in Canton. The outing will take place on Sunday, September 26th and will start at 9AM. Golfers check in is at 8:30AM. The Cougars have thirty-six different hole sponsors and around one hundred golfers. Outing prizes include not only a door prize for each golfer, but two longest drive competitions, two closest to the pin awards, and an accuracy line. Following the four-man scramble, a home-cooked dinner will be held at Annapolis High School. The money raised from the outing goes directly to sending athletes to summer wrestling camp.
Again, behind all successful endeavors are hundreds of supporters. It will defintely be a great day to be a Cougar.
